I love running immersive retreats in beautiful places, with nature as our greatest ally.
Using a combination of personal development with outdoor processes and deep nature connection, I offer participants the opportunity for reflection, connection and time away; for personal growth through a real understanding of their true nature and purpose.
I love working with people who want to do great things, with sustainability professionals, with young people struggling to make sense of the world, and with men and boys groups.
I’m currently putting together plans for Fathers & Sons retreat weekends in woodlands, exploring bonds and disconnection, woundings of the past and healing paths for the future. Do contact me if you think this might be for you.
In 2019 co-led the first Men’s retreat at Embercombe the purpose-built retreat in Devon. I’m also experienced in leading Rites of Passage weekends for young men in crisis through abandofbrothers Cornwall
Next I want to bring more people to the wilds of West Cornwall, to return to the north West coast of Ireland, and to get more adventurous with In Through the Outdoors on Dartmoor, in the Highlands of Scotland and in the French Alps
I’ve helped run several of the Remembering our Roots retreats for young people in West Cornwall too.
Recently I’ve worked intensively with sustainability professionals in Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons and West Cornwall as a founder in 2018 of ”In Through the Outdoors”.
